„We were staying in room no. 20, 2nd floor. The room was comfortable and adequate for a 3-day stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, cereals, bread, yoghurts, fruit, cooked breakfast or fish. The Hotel was less than 5 minutes walking distance from the main square in Krakow. „I chose the hotel at the last minute. The location is very good, although for those arriving by car there might be a problem with finding a place to park. Service is very nice, but after 23 you can’t buy anything in the restaurant. I had a room on the second floor - people with suitcases - attention - no elevator . The room basically equipped, well - functioning WiFi. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. Unfortunately, I couldn't try the breakfast because it’s served from 7:30.”tripadvisor.com

Very friendly and welcoming staff, there was nothing that was too big of a problem for them. Excellent location on the square, for sightseeing tours and a short walk to the river and the castle.
