What you should know before you arrive

Hotel Mikołaj is located in the heart of Krakow on Mikołajska Street, in a historic tenement house, which guarantees a unique atmosphere of your stay. You can easily plan your journey using navigation applications. Guests should report to the reception to check in, and public parking is available near the hotel. Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with a pet – we accept small animals for an additional fee. To ensure a comfortable stay, please read the booking and cancellation policies available when choosing an offer.

Is there an elevator in the property?

Due to the historic nature of the property, the hotel does not have a lift. Friendly staff can assist you with heavier luggage.

Check-in is from 2 p.m and check-out is until 12 p.m. Early check-in or late check-out are available subject to availability.

Can I cancel my reservation free of charge?

It depends on what kind of reservation the Guest makes – we have a Standard reservation with the possibility of free cancellation 24 hours before arrival or a Non refundable reservation which is 10% cheaper but there is no possibility of free cancellation.
